Several representatives of the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation (USUF) shared their expertise at this year’s U.S.-Ukraine Working Group Summit: Providing Ukraine with an Annual Report Card conference, which assessed Ukraine’s progress in political and economic development as well as with regard to security issues.
The panel on Developed Market Economics featured Amb. Roman Popadiuk (USUF Board Chair), the discussion on Robust Democratic Politics included Orest Deychakiwsky (USUF Board Vice Chair), the panel on Ever Greater Energy Security featured Amb. Temuri Yakobashvili (USUF Board Member), and the discussion on Ever Greater General Security included Robert A. McConnell (USUF’s Friends of Ukraine Network External Relations Coordinator).
The Washington event was organized by the Center for U.S.-Ukrainian Relations, the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, and the American Foreign Policy Council.
