The U.S.-Ukraine Foundation actively participated in the 6th US-Ukraine Working Group Yearly Summit in Washington organized by the Center for U.S.-Ukrainian Relations. USUF President Nadia K. McConnell (pictured above) spoke on a panel titled “Viable Social Cohesion – Assessing Ukraine’s Progress/Regress.”  Ambassador Roman Popadiuk, Chairman of the Board of USUF and the USA’s first ambassador to Ukraine, moderated a session on “Developed Market Economics.”  Orest Deychakiwsky, Vice-Chair of the Board of USUF and former Helsinki Commission policy advisor, moderated a discussion on “Robust Democratic Politics.”
